Really glad I found this forum. I have found that forums can be the greatest knowledge base for many things. My thing now is Real Estate investing. I've tried it in the past and it hasn't gone so well. Ambition without knowledge.... However, I know that if I know what those of you successfully doing this know, I can do what you do. So I'm here to learn all I can. Currently I own 2 rentals, a house which is going great and a condo, that I will probably sell and buy something without HOA fees. My job comes to an end in July and at 55 would really like to get to the point flips and rentals provide my living. So I'm all in! I may take another job, but I hope to make it a bridge and not a destination.
