Hello everyone,

Newbie to the RE world, but extremely excited to learn all I can and implement this knowledge in my local market, while networking and making as many mutually beneficial connections as possible! I have had an interest in RE for around 10 years, but like so many, have never taken the plunge.

While I have around 17 years in commercial construction, specializing in HVAC duct systems, I have always enjoyed residential renovation as a whole, though my experience with it is limited. My primary interest at the moment is flipping, but with time want to expand to a few other areas of the market. I'm a quick learner, motivated to succeed and a great apprentice when needed. I feel that while I have made a very nice career for myself and in the company I work for, that there is a ceiling I have reached and I refuse to settle!

Bottom line, ready to free myself and family of the monotony of the weekly paycheck to better our lives and eventually live by our own rules and on our terms, and after listening to a few podcasts here, the spark has been reignited to try and do so via RE. Great job to BP podcast to get me to actually even write something like this, as this is farthest I've ever gone towards this goal, but am more than motivated now! Way to motivate BP, thx!
