Good evening everyone. My name is Maurice & I'm a new member from the greater Houston area. I've been extremely interested in real estate rehabbing for many years, but I've never taken the plunge. Within the past year I've started working for myself & I have the flexibility in my work schedule to do this. I have no experience in this arena, but I have certain skill sets that I've attained in my field from the past 15 years that I know will be helpful. I look forward to many conversations & learning experiences from this site.

Also, be sure to write down your "why" before you get in too deep. You can have all the knowledge about RE but if you don't have that burning why, you'll fizzle when the times get tough. See you around!
