Seeking a Mentor in the California and New York Area

Hello BP

I am a New Member to BP residing in California I am originally from New York City and have lived in California for around 3 years now. I have a Associates Degree in Business Management and currently working on my Bachelors. There are lots of Vacant Properties in California and the New York Area and i want a piece of the Real Estate Pie. My motivation in wanting to invest in real estate is my passion for real estate and my passion in being an entrepreneur. Investing in real estate gives me the goal to owning an appointment complex and the drive knowing I can become a business professional and the incentives to help others by giving back to the community by providing affordable housing for single mothers wanting to own an all American dream by helping them purchase their first home. My goal is to become a successful wholesaler and use the capital and knowledge from wholesaling to invest in building a solid real estate portfolio that consist of buy, fix, and stays and buy, fix, and sell properties to build wealth. I am Currently taking an investment Course at Modesto Junior College and my Instructor gave us several resources and BiggerPockets was one of them. I am motivated and eager to dive in. I'm looking forward to much success and making new connections as well as building a team. I am currently seeking a Mentor for guidance, knowledge and wisdom. In the California and New York Area.
