Hello everyone!!!

I am new to everything, wanting to learn it all. My expected goals are to master flipping old homes to livable and lovable homes and not to be too greedy with doing so. I'm moving from California to Houston and I've seen horrible things when flipping homes. So I'm here to learn and ask lots of questions.
