Climbing Out of Analysis Paralysis! Looking for Local Meet Up's!

Hello all, I have read the books and listened to the podcasts and sat in the throes of analysis paralysis for far too long. I am eager to get growing my network, knowledge and experience. I have a long term rental in WA, and have done 2 flips, 1 in WA and 1 here in Florida. We moved here to St Augustine two years ago and would love to know of any investor meet up's in the area that I can go to. I have found a couple online and I am curious if there are other "harder to find about ones". I am interested in 3 to 4 bedroom single family homes to flip and small to medium multifamily for buy and hold. I hold a RE license both in FL and WA and would be happy to see if there is a way I can utilize those to add value to to you and your business.
