 Most of the tools and resources are built for Americans only. However, I have found BP to very helpful in finding meetups and discussing with other Canadians about the Canadian real estate market. Of course a lot of Canadians invest in the U.S. and in those cases BP is still very useful on networking with the area you are looking to invest in.
