Home Inspector dipping his feet into to the Real Estate investor market

Hello everyone. I am a new investor. I have been a local home inspector for over 5 years(950 + Inspections) but getting ready to test my hand at Real Estate investing. I would like to build a portfolio that I can eventually give to my children in the future to help them build generational wealth.
