Hello from Niceville Florida

Just recently moved to Florida with my husband from Okinawa Japan. I'm interested in RE investing in single family homes to buy and hold. Would like to create some wealth by helping other military families by providing clean, safe and stable living situations. Temporary or long term.

Interesting in learning and networking as much as I can cause as of right now, I know close to nothing. I'm very excited about joining BP, I had no idea all this information was here, and that there were so many people out there willing to give information for free. Found a lot of places that will take my $$ in a heartbeat.

@Danielle Small I wanted to check in and see how it went for you almost six years ago in Niceville?? I've been in the area about a year and a half and currently own a townhouse and condo in Niceville as well as a Duplex in mary esther. The rent and vacancy rate in this area is incredible; however, finding the deals is the tough part. I would love to hear about your journey in Niceville!
