Hi everyone! Started listening to BP about a month ago and I am hooked. Really enjoy the pod casts and have almost listened to every one. I am a fairly new investor, own 5 doors in two states. One is a vacation rental, one is a town home and the last is a tri-plex. Looking forward to the next acquisition and learning from everyone. Good Investing. Neil
