Hello all, I am new to REI and looking to invest in the Houston market. I am looking to start out with house hacking, and venture into fix and flips as well as buy and holds in the future. I'd love to network with other investors and agents! Being new to the area does anyone have any recommendations on Houston REI meetup groups that meet in person or virtually?
