New member. Looking to learn fix and flips and long term portfolio growth

Hello Members,

I’ve heard lot of great things about the community and I have listened to many bigger pockets podcasts. Me and my family have a good size portfolio of residential and commercial properties in westchester county ny and have been long term holders for over 20 years.

Seems like an incredible community. I’m here to learn about getting into the house flipping business and growing a portfolio of long term holds. I want to develop strategies and criteria that will help me analyze deals and find properties to invest in. I want to educate myself in partnerships opportunities and potential syndications and help grow my portfolio exponentially.

I appreciate any insight and advice this community can provide. I’m looking forward to growing with all of you in here.
