Newbie Looking at Upstate New York
I’m supposed to start close to home, but Denver is a brutal market at the moment. My son started college in upstate New York and I was surprised by all the rehab opportunities in the area and the demand for rentals. Got myself connected with local agent, local property manager, and even learned some of the local politics during my visits. Unfortunately I don’t have the money to jump on any of the opportunities and am not sure how to get started.
