Hello from Dubai

I see that you have had some communication with individuals from Dubai in the past. I have been in Dubai for three years and have been working primarily with the Dubai government (RERA/DREI as an instructor and wasl properties as a consultant helping with setting up the Association Management Division).

I have been watching the real estate industry here and it is rapidly moving out of the global recession. Especially since Dubai has been awarded the site for the 2020 World Expo. This has opened up the real estate market and many developments have been started or resumed.

What has me excited is the sales records over the last 12 months with projects selling out 100 units or more with in days if not hours. This is why I hope biggerpockets will be successful for me.
