Hello biggerpockets. I would like to introduce myself to the community and hopefully make some connections. A lot can be learned just from the posts and learning material, and I thank you all for that.

Early in my 20's, I considered real estate to be a good career, but ended up with an engineering degree and currently work in the energy sector. This has come to be a blessing, considering I now have the liquidity to actually invest! My plan is to continue working until enough real estate is amassed to support a comfortable lifestyle.

REI experience: purchased REO in 2010, renovated, currently my residence. Purchased duplex in 2013, fully rented. Looking for next property, most likely a single family home to flip. Thus far, I've used all cash to purchase.

Thanks,

Nathan
