Hey everyone!😄 My name is Evan, I'm 24 years old and was born and raised in Arizona. I currently work as an embedded software engineer. A fun fact about myself is that I do comedy improv in my free time!

My current investment portfolio is solely in stocks, options, and crypto. My core investing philosophy is to approach opportunities with a long-term outlook. Short term "quick money" kinds of opportunities don't really appeal to me as I view it more as gambling. This doesn't mean I don't take on riskier opportunities necessarily, I just find comfort in having a compounding engine as a bulk of my portfolio so that I am always operating positive.

I am completely new to real estate investing and would love to find like-minded people to connect with. A mentor would also be awesome to have. I am currently in learning mode and am looking to actually enter the real estate space in a couple years or so. Some investing topics that interest me is landlording, mortgage notes, and hard money lending as my goal is to generate cash flow.
