Hi everyone,

I'm new-ish to the forums but have been working in real estate construction, development, and sales for about 15 years. I've been working exclusively in rentals for the last few years but recently switched gears and thought this would be a great place to share information!

I'm looking to connect with novice or experienced investors in the City and suburbs. I know that renting up your investment can be one of the most confusing and nerve-wracking parts of the process (especially in a place with as much bureaucracy and legal hurdles as Chicago) and am more than happy to talk with anyone about that. I've lived in Chicago my entire life and have worked in all the neighborhoods and many of the suburbs, so I love talking about local info with anyone who will listen!
