Real Estate Vs Newbie

I’m thinking of investing into the real estate but there are so many miss guidance especially if you new and want to learn. It is hard to trust anyone now days. Everyone is expert. It is hard to filter the trustworthy person. It is all about take you money and tell you some trashy contents. It is hard to find the right one that are willing to guide to the path because without it, can lead you to a big hole. It can either make you or break you. I enter this platform hoping to learn new things without any selling contents and connections with experience real estate agents that are willing to guide me. I’m also, on open to mentorship if anyone willing to help out.

Thank you for the  advice and it means a lot especially when people start to tell the truth without sugarcoating  because there are millions of the real estate investors out there who are giving false hope to the newbies.
