I am excited and hopeful branching into the next chapter of my investment career. I have learned from my mentor over the last two decades. 3 years ago I took a step into preferred equity and landed an amazing opportunity. I am now looking to leverage my portfolio and venture into multifamily. I have experience managing, renovating, and acquisitions of multifamily under my mentor's tutelage. Now I am excited to start my own projects. I am looking for individuals who are interesting in building a long-term relationship and growing their portfolio.
