Conco approval process
Hello everyone,
I am in the process of buying my first investment property. I discovered a guideline that prevents lenders to loan to Condos that have master homeowner's deductible > 5%. Has anyone encounter this situation before and how did you go about it? Does anyone know of conventional lenders that doesn't follow this guideline?
