Hi all, happy Sunday! My name is Jordan (33) and I work in corporate American making a decent salary. Doing the normal 401K stuff and looking to get into real estate. I love the downtown Kannapolis area and want to start investing there.

I'm not finding any opportunities on the MLS but am interested in taking action. Any one experienced enough to help?
