Investing in the US from Canada
Hello everyone!
I hope everyone is doing great. I currently invest in the eastern Canadian market but I'm thinking of expanding to the US and targeting seller financed deals. From my understanding, the seller finance laws are quite different in Canada vs the US.
What are some "key points" to connecting with the ideal seller finance "prospect"? I would rather build relationships rather than shoot blind seller financing offers on the MLS.
Also, what markets should I look into? I've read the mid-west rent/purchase price ratio is higher then the national average.
Thanks in advance!
