Hi,

I’m a new investor in my late twenties looking to acquire my first long term rental property. It would be great if anyone can share their stories of how they first got started!

Thanks,

Sarah

@Sarah Watanabe
I bought my first rental while washing dishes at a restaurant. It was section 8 single-family. I made a lot of mistakes on that one, but they were all valuable lessons that I learned from. A lot of people usually get started with house hacking it's a great way to get into real estate with minimal money down.
