Having the guts to do this

Hey all,

I'm in Charleston, SC. It's a pretty hot market with no signs of slowing down. I have one home that became an investment property when we purchased a new home 7 years ago. It has served us well as a rental and now we are renovating it for family to move in. That home has been such a blessing to us and I'm so glad I have it for them to move in to! Now, I have my eyes on buying a home that is similar to the one I have, but I just don't have the guts to do it! The numbers don't seem to work here since prices have gone up. So I'm thinking that maybe buying in an area that isn't so built up would be a good idea. Somewhere close to Charleston and where development is happening. I'd appreciate any thoughts.

Thanks!
Swati
