Hey everyone, my name is Jared and I’m an investor located in south jersey.  In the past I have invested in Gloucester county New Jersey, with a single family home, and recently invested in a short term rental in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. I’m currently looking to partner up with some local investors and add some value in exchange for some extra practice and knowledge. I’d like to start investing more heavily into Bucks and Montgomery county areas in PA, along with Camden and Gloucester counties in NJ.
