This past weekend I attended a three day workshop (sales pitch) presented by a well-known Real Estate Guru that left me with empty pockets and a brain snapping for information overload. I need a realistic pace without all the hype!

There is definitely no hype here. In fact you'll find a healthy dose of reality when it comes to real estate investing. With that said, be ready for hard work and a lot of learning if you want to make things happen!
