Hi everyone! I made the decision to join "Bigger Pockets" in search of like minded people. This past weekend I attended a three day workshop (sales pitch) presented by a well-known Real Estate Guru that left me with empty pockets and a brain snapping for information overload. I need a realistic pace without all the hype!
