Hello everyone,

My name is Timothy and I currently live in Ft Collins, Colorado but I will be moving in about six months to Clarksville, Tn. I have come to find that this is an amazing website with amazing people on it and decided to take part myself. I am brand new to all of this, but I am trying to read one article a day on this website before I leave for Tennessee. I was hoping to get established in a good Real Estate Investors Club or group when I get out there and which ones people from that area recommend. I am looking from Clarksville to Nashville and the areas surrounding Nashville. I was also hoping to find a mentor whom I can learn from while at the same time providing some value to. My goal is to purchase single family homes and other rental properties that I can rent out.

I do realize that too many people seek from a mentor and provide little in return and that is not what I strive for. I expect to earn whatever knowledge is given to me. I am four years from retirement and the desire to build residual income is very important to me and I will do whatever is needed to (that is legal and moral) in order to achieve this. This is also why I am posting so many months early so I can start to develop relationships with others before I leave (this and reading the articles). I do appreciate any and all advice that can be given to me.
