Just getting started --- again

Hello all. I am sort of new to this. I say sort of because, in the past I have done some investing, building, selling, well, a lot of stuff.  But it has been a few years since I have really invested myself into the real estate business as an investor.  I have been developing my other business interest and growing my Flipping Genius podcast.  I see opportunities arising though and am excited to get back involved. For the time being, I plan to use some of what I know to uncover deals and wholesale them to other investors. That is what drew me here to BiggerPockets.
