Introducing ourselves to the Real Estate Investing Community

Hello everyone! we are Marco & Christine Padilla, and we're thrilled to be joining this vibrant community of real estate investors. I come from a background in law enforcement, currently residing in Philadelphia PA, and originally from Queens NY. As I explore new avenues to grow and achieve financial freedom, we have been drawn to the world of real estate investing.

While we may be relatively new to this field, we've taken the initiative to educate ourselves by reading books, listening to podcasts, and seeking guidance from experienced investors like yourselves. The insights we've gained has fueled our passion and desire to make a positive impact in the real estate industry.

At present, our focus is on building a portfolio of buy and hold rental properties to generate passive income. However, we remain open to exploring various investment strategies and opportunities that align with my long-term goals. We believe in the power of networking and learning from others, and are eager to connect with like-minded individuals who share a similar drive for success.

We understand that success in real estate is not a solo journey, and are excited to forge meaningful connections within this community. We're particularly interested in gaining knowledge in property analysis and expanding my network to collaborate on potential deals and learn from the experiences of seasoned investors.

Hi Marco and Christine! Glad to meet you! My husband and I are also building a real estate portfolio through BRRRR and flips. We have a few flips under our belt and own some rentals, but are now looking to really grow!
