Good morning to all I just found this site this morning. A little about myself, my partner and I are looking to get started in real estate investing. We are looking to start buy wholesaling our first property. We are also looking for rehabs and rental properties. Experienced/seasoned investors/ anyone already started...lol please feel free to give any advice or comments on getting started!!!!! Thanks srus29
