Been a troll for a while - looking to get active!
Hi All-
New to BP, but I have 25+ years of managing/rehabbing rental properties. Mostly my work/investments have been in the Inland Empire, but I am looking to expand to other markets within California and a few metropolitan areas of the U.S.
Specifically, I am looking at ADU's on my primary and STR's in good markets.
