Introduction of Myself
My name is Blake and I moved up here to Kansas City about a year ago for work. I've been a member since 2020 but never really got into it like I wanted to. I am finally wanting to start my approach to better become financially stable for my future. I would love for anyone to reach out or make any suggestions on how to really get started to help me begin my journey. I have absolutely no idea how to get started or even what I am doing, I apologize in advance. Thank you!

Are you planning on investing in Kansas City? If so, start with some market research to see what property types, clientel, price points, etc are common in the area and make sense for what your goals are which brings me to my next question....
What are your investment goals for 2024? Everyone wants to be financially stable but think about the specifics here. Have to take baby steps in order to get the ball rolling.
