Abi From Brooksville FL

Posted

Hi, my name is Abimael (Abi) from Brookville FL. I am a 36-year-old married with one 5-year-old amazing daughter. I was introduced to the bigger pockets podcast by my friend last year. I do love the content. I started listening from the oldest and I am currently on episode 67. The reason why I was referred to the podcast and also the website is because I expressed my interest in eventually acquiring properties to rent out. Plans got delayed as I had to close my Auto Detailing Business and my credit took a hit. I am somewhat discouraged as I am not so young and I hate the fact that I have to wait. But I will utilize this recovery time to gain as much knowledge as I can.

I have a plan in place to be debt-free in the next 6 years so I know that will help as well.  I get really pumped up by all the shows but I do have a question: Is it worth starting from the oldest podcast to the current one? I know the market is REALLY different from back in 2013 (especially here in FL).

Anyway I feel Like I rambled on for too long. I am here to learn and help in anyway I can. I would love to connect with people around my area if at all possible. Have a blessed day everyone!
