Newbie- Looking for a mentor; New Jersey

Hi,

I’m a newbie trying to get into the world of real estate investing. I’m currently based out of Burlington County, NJ and I’m looking to get started in the NJ/Philadelphia area.

I have a Master’s in Engineering and I’m currently working in Pharmaceutical industry. I’m a quick learner and I’m looking for a mentor for some guidance. I understand everyone’s time is precious and I don’t believe in something for nothing. In return for guidance, I’m willing to take up some tasks that the mentor might consider menial. I’m looking for my first real estate deal and if you see this post, come say hi and let’s chat!
