I’m a newbie trying to get into the world of real estate investing. I’m currently based out of Burlington County, NJ and I’m looking to get started in the NJ/Philadelphia area.

I have a Master’s in Engineering and I’m currently working in Pharmaceutical industry. I’m a quick learner and I’m looking for a mentor for some guidance. I understand everyone’s time is precious and I don’t believe in something for nothing. In return for guidance, I’m willing to take up some tasks that the mentor might consider menial.
