New to real estate

Scott Smith
Posted

Hello Bigger Pockets community,

My name is Scott and I currently live in Denver, CO.  I work in healthcare as my day job but have an interest in buy and hold real estate investing to provide for my family in the future.  My focus for 2024 is learning/researching for out of state investing- and attempting to build a team.  I am excited to be a part of the Bigger Pockets community!

Hi Scott! It is a great idea to start building a team now so that they can support and guide you along the way. Consider reaching out to a real estate agent and property management company in the area you are planning to invest in to get more insight on that market to start!
