Hi everyone! I work with a Chicago-based property management company specializing in Section 8, affordable housing, and rental investment properties (managing properties within a 100-mile radius of Chicago). With over 7+ years of field experience, I (along with my rockstar team) assist landlords (mostly out-of-state or country, but also local ones) with everything -- from new leases, tenant screening, unit listing and marketing (photos and video tour), rent collection, repairs, maintenance, housing authority paperwork, inspections, to notices, evictions, cash-for-keys and more.
