Hey guys and gals!

My name is Mark Etheridge, from Raleigh, N.C. I'm the new kid on this investment block. Looking to get my feet wet putting together some wholesale deals in the area. I'm open to advice and full of energy. Already finding some of these posts very informative. Thanks in advance for any and all input.
