Flipping or Wholesaling to start in real estate investing
Hello BP community,
I finally took the leap and started my real estate investing journey. I recently quit my W2 job to go full time into real estate. I have a good amount of $ saved up, but since I no longer have active income, I need to create that to get started on my Journey. During college I soon realized a 9-5 was not for me and after working in a corporate position in sales for a year I took the jump to the investor world. In terms of creating active income I have decided flipping or wholesaling is the best option for me. I would appreciate anyones input on each topic and the pros/cons of each.
