Hello My Name is Tyrail , 

I am an up-and-coming real estate investor based in Delaware. I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm focusing more on buy and holds , but i'm not opposed to flipping or wholesaling. I'm interesting in multi-family homes as well as single family. I'm in the process of looking for my first investment property, I have just been looking for lenders now that I can go talk to so I can try to get an preapproval. Overall I'm excited about being an member of the Bigger Pockets Community.
