As a seasoned investor who has primarily operated within my local area (South Florida). I am now looking beyond my backyard eager to diversify my single-family portfolio. I am interested in the Southeast region, specifically targeting areas in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. My focus is affordable housing in the range of 75k-150k. Seeking valuable advice on cities within these states that show promising potential for growth.  Any insights and recommendations would be greatly appreciated as I explore opportunities beyond my familiar territory. Thanks in advance and look forward to be apart of the community.
