Real estate in Costa Rica

Hello everyone

I'm looking for financing for an upmarket real estate project in Costa Rica.

So, I bit about me. I've lived here since 2005 and I have bought two properties, the first one I sold after 18 months and I live in a 12-hectare property now. Before that, I bought and refurbished houses in the UK in the '90s and sold all my properties in 2007. 

I feel this is the right moment to invest in Costa Rica given the international situation, and hopefully I will be able to get advice and information from some of you. Looking forward to forming a network and partnerships.
