I'm a new investor looking for commercial properties that I can seller finance.

I have been learning about real estate since I was 6 years old, from my family and their real estate circle. I'm now 18 and looking to buy some commercial properties to grow my real estate portfolio.

Hey Tom,

Welcome to the BP forum. I have bought commercial properties in Metro Detroit with owner financing. What type of commercial properties are you looking for? Why are you interested in owner financing in particular?

I’m looking for multi family properties. I’ve decided it’s my best root considering my amount of capital.
