First off, I'd like to say, I appreciate being allowed in the group. I have several ideas and one I've kicked around for a long time for growth and strategy of being able to eventually cover the state of Kentucky. I am looking for an investor builder flipper to partner up with or a group of investors me being a master plumber in Kentucky as well as septic installer. Also excavation. Point being if you Arlet say part owner of a company it wouldn't it be better to pay yourself than a contractor. I've got a lot to offer I've been been away I believe to get you VA financing or FHA . I can locate a septic system and actually certify where the rich working or not and map out exactly where everything is not to mention we have all the innovated high-tech toys so we can actually do the home inspections as well. We have a septic pump truck, so we are a full service even can install septic through the division of water which means I can pretty well put a system on a rock and drain it into the lake . i've also done my research all these things that they're turning into tiny houses. That's a different story, but I believe I have found a way to actually get them a deed like a normal house and capable of doing all mechanical and carpentry from start to finish without any outside subcontractors with my connections . So if there's anybody out there that would consider as an individual or a group I'd love to speak with you and see if it's something you would be interested in because if you have not noticed large franchises are buying every plumbing, heating and electric company they can get their hands on and I promise you when they control the market.
