Hello All, I'm completing my Bigger Pockets profile setup by introducing myself. I am an architect turned Real Estate investor/developer. I am primarily interested in Self-Storage and Multifamily. I would also be interested in conversion projects, like office and retail to self-storage and multifamily. I am starting a 506(c) fund to get investors who are interested in these asset classes and I am building my team of professionals. I am interested in speaking to anyone that would like to be a part of the team.
