 Hey Phaneendra, welcome onboard! I would look in the midwest in a city like Columbus where you can find both cashflow and appreciation. All of my personal investments are here. My clients have seen a ton of growth from their investment properties that they purchased over the last 2 years. Many of my clients are now re-financing and buying larger multi-family.
