Intro: questions and thoughts.

Hi!

New to this page- looking to invest in some multi family homes. Goal is to buy a 1-4 unit house out of state.

I want to house hack for the benefits of "First home buyer" deals (If thats even a thing) but am conflicted if when building my real estate foundation if it makes sense not to just create an llc and buy property that way.

Open to hearing everyone's input!
