Hey, I am new to the platform I just recently graduated University and was hoping to get started in real estate late October of this year(2024). So I am currently trying to gain as much knowledge on how to do so before that point. I am a electrical engineer but I also have another job serving on the weekends or any other time I can squeeze a shift in.
