Hello BiggerPockets Community! I’m a new and inspiring investor located in Spartanburg SC. My goal for this year is to use creative finance to purchase my first multifamily house and house hack it. What are the core elements of real estate investing that I should focus on and what are some books that I can study? Any advice for not going into analysis paralysis?
