My favorite tacos are ones that I eat with my family!  My wife and I own a few Longterm rentals, a few Airbnb glamping sites, a property management company and we enjoy feeding our cows and being outdoors.

Tacos are the bomb! The cool thing is you can use almost anything for a filling, then just add the cabbage, guac and sauce. Make the Crema sauce yourself, it's much better than the store bought...enjoy with tequila :-)

@Tylere Weaver if I had to choose one meal to eat for dinner the rest of my life, it would be tacos. Thankfully my wife makes the best tacos!

And you know what runs a close second for me lately? Fajitas. It loosely means strips. Typically we do a beef steak and strips of onion and bell peppers, but you can really use anything. BBQ or pan fry, and make up your own sauce....

    We need a recipe sub-forum.... ;-)

I'm sure she makes okay ones.  But my wife makes the best tacos.  Hands down best I've ever had...

Tacos every Tuesday night at our house.  We also raise our own beef.  So kinda like full circle.  I do have one child that is a vegetarian because of this.....small price to pay for high quality meat.

This is the best and most informative post I have seen in a while. While there's a ton of useful information and networking through bigger pockets I feel like this particular post is speaking directly to me. ;)

I love Taco's. Do you think this is a sentiment shared by all investors?

Not looking to start a taco fight but i personally feel that the craze for taco's Al pastor did not last long enough before birria tacos took over. Don't get me wrong Birria is delicious but i would have enjoyed the Al pastor craze to have lasted a bit longer as i think there was much left to explore. I personally enjoy a taco eaten in parking lot in some strange part of town probably in east LA or San diego that was made roadside as i love helping out local businesses.

You can still have tacos without beef although it's not the same for sure
